Utsuki is a soba noodle shop located in Hakone, Japan. Soba are buckwheat noodles that originated in the Kanto region of Japan (present-day Tokyo) and have been a staple part of Japanese cuisine for centuries. There are panoramic windows with a view of the mountains and ocean.
The shop offers a preset menu of soba noodles and tempura options. Between the soba and incredible views, this is a can't miss destination in Hakone. You can't make a reservation in advance, so make sure you account for a short wait time when you arrive.

The restaurant is flexible with customizations and adding additional toppings. Men-ya Inoichi Hanare does not take reservations, and you will see people lined up outside the restaurant. I recommend arriving at opening time or near closing time for the shortest wait time.
